Signal transduction, regulatory networks, and host-pathogen interactions

I have recently retired, my laboratory is closing down, and I am currently an emeritus Professor of Genetics at Harvard Medical School.  My laboratory studied host-microbe interactions for the past 35 years, initially using Arabidopsis thaliana and then Caenorhabditis elegans as model genetic hosts to identify and study genes involved in the host innate immune response to pathogen attack.
