Radhika Subramanian

We are interested in deciphering the design principles that govern the assembly and function of micron-sized cellular machines and organelles from nanometer-sized proteins. We primarily use a multi-protein reconstitution approach and integrate them with advanced microscopy tools. Through these studies, we aim to provide new insights into cellular mechanisms relevant to developmental disorders and human cancer.
